"They had exceptional Cabernet Franc but it all went into Petit Mouton because Philippe Dhalluin feared its saltiness would have been misinterpreted. So Petit Mouton 2008 is exceptionally good. Blackish crimson. Looks much older than the 2009. Already evolved nose with mature Cabernet on the nose. Sweet and succulent even if without enormous density. Sweetness overall. Tannins starting to dissolve. Bit of mild heat on the end." - Jancis Robinson
