Q) How do I join as an SwanSelect Rewards member?
A) To become an SwanSelect member, create an account with us here.
Q) How are the reward Store Credits calculated?
A) For every HKD$100 spent (excluding all taxes & delivery fee), we will be rewarded 10 credits to your SwanSelect Membership account. If you have made a payment of HKD$600, you will receive 60 reward credit in your membership account.
Q) How to earn Membership Points?
A) For every $1 you spend on SwanSelect.com, you will receive 1 point, eg: if you spend HKD 1,000, you will receive 1,000 points. As simple as that! (Membership points can be redeemed here for the listing gifts but not for cash.)
Q) How long will my reward Store Credits be credited into my SwanSelect Rewards account after I have made payment?
A) The Store Credit will be credited into your SwanSelect Rewards account in 1 working day after your completed order payment and check-out.
Q) How do I redeem my Store Credits?
A) Log in to your SwanSelect Rewards account, make any purchase and select ‘Seward Credit’ when checkout.
Q) How do I move to the next membership tier?
A) If you are a new member, you will need a purchase of HKD500 or purchase over 800 within 3 months to reach the next tier, Silver. If you are a normal member and have spent $1,000 (1,000 reward credit), you will become Gold member. If you are a Silver member, you will need an additional purchase of HKD1000 to reach Gold tier. If you are a Silver member and has spent $3,000 in one single purchase or purchase over 4800 within 3 months, you will become a Platinum member. Every updated status will remain for the next 365 days.
Q) What happens if I do not use my membership Store Credits within 1 year?
A) Our membership Store Credits are valid for 1 year. If you did not redeem the rewards, your reward credit will expire after 365 days.
Q) Will my member status be downgraded?
A) For example, if you are a Silver member and no purchase has been made within a year, you will be downgraded to normal member. If you have made purchase within a year but your reward credit are unable to maintain the current status, you will be downgraded to the membership tier according to the purchase amount you have in your account. For example, if you are a Gold member and you have spent $800 within a year, you will be downgraded to Silver member at the end of 1 year. Do note that redemption of rewards reward credit will not affect the member status.
Q) Will I still be able to enjoy other promotions on your website?
A) All members will be entitled to other promo code discounts, unless specify.
Q) What if the Store Credits was not credited into my account?
A) For any membership related matters, kindly login to your membership profile, click the message box and send your enquiries to us.
