How to Order (Hong Kong)

Delivery Arrangement and Cost (Hong Kong)

Free Hong Kong delivery applied to order over HK$800 per invoice (excl Flower Delivery).
Delivery lead time is 5-7 working days
Delivery fee of $100 is applied on orders under HK$800
Extra delivery fee of $350 is applied on special bulk items.
The delivery will be made to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories exclude outlying islands.
For distance area such as Discovery Bay or Airport, an additional HKD150 delivery fee will be charged.
We currently use SF Express for delivery
All our deliveries should require a signature upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot currently deliver to PO BOX addresses.

Self Pick-Up

For self-pickup, please print out the payment confirmation and visit Shop B201-27, Level B2, K11 Musea, Victoria Dockside, 18 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. Working hour 12:00pm – 7:00pm
For self pick-up bulk item, please please state your preferred pick up time at “Remarks for the Shop” during checkout.
- Bulk item self-pickup address: Unit O, 6/F, Kaiser Estate Phrase III, Hok Yuen Street, Hung Hom, Hong Kong
- Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm (except Public Holidays)
- Please print out the payment confirmation upon pick-up

Useful Information

We are unable to split the delivery of an order between two addressees. Please place two separate orders online.
Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is issued, customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery.
Saturdays, Sundays and all public holidays are classed as non-working days.
