Once the application meets the conditions for return or exchange, we will assist in arranging the return or exchange of the relevant product. Late requests will not be entertained.

Gifts and redeemed items cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Factors such as lighting, mobile or computer display screens may cause color differences in photos; the actual product color prevails.

- All returns or exchanges will be shipped back in the form of SF Express freight collect.
