Return Policy

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with our products. And, while we take great care in packaging your order for a successful delivery, accidents do happen. In all instances where a product is imperfect or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team at for complete instructions on how to return the merchandise and receive a replacement.

If you discover any damage to the purchased item, you can contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product (including weekends and public holidays) to apply for an exchange. Once the application meets the conditions for return or exchange, we will assist in arranging the return or exchange of the relevant product. Late requests will not be entertained.
Customer service may request you to provide photos and/or videos to verify compliance with the return or exchange conditions.

We only accept returns for the following reasons:
  • Damaged or defective goods
  • Incorrect product received

The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:
i. Product is not in new condition or has been used
ii. Product has been washed with water or cleaning agents
iii. Product has been intentionally damaged, stained, or is incomplete
iv. Color difference between the product and website photos
v. Any free gifts
vi. Products that have already been returned or exchanged once
vii. Change of mind return
viii. Products redeemed with shopping credits
Personal items (such as masks, sanitizers, PPE personal protective equipment), and all consumables (such as alcohol hand sanitizer) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Gifts and redeemed items cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Factors such as lighting, mobile or computer display screens may cause color differences in photos; the actual product color prevails.

If the same product is sold out, you can exchange it for a product of equal or lower value, or pay the price difference for a higher-value product. No refund will be given for products of lower value (based on the unit price on the day of the return or exchange application).

Exchange Procedure
  1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product (including weekends and public holidays) to request an exchange. Provide the order or receipt for verification and, once confirmed, return the product to our office for exchange.
  2. Customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for all returns and exchanges.
  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. Without providing order or receipt information for verification, returns will not be accepted.
  5. Once we receive your return, the return or exchange process will be arranged within five working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  6. All returns or exchanges will be shipped back in the form of SF Express freight collect.
  7. Any items not applied for or not meeting the return or exchange conditions will not be processed and will be shipped back via SF Express freight collect without further notice. Customers are responsible for any costs and risks incurred.

Refund Procedure
  1. Customers must understand and agree to the terms and conditions before placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted for personal reasons. Ordering from our store implies acceptance and agreement to be bound by the purchase terms and conditions. The store reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice, and customers are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions before placing an order.
  2. Accepted refunds will be arranged within 14 working days.
  3. Used shopping credits are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
  4. Orders are usually shipped within 5-7 working days after payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Due to transport and delivery time uncertainties, refunds will not be accepted for delays beyond our control if the shipment is arranged within the stipulated 5-7 working days.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are not applicable for all goods sold in SwanSelect.com. If for any reason you need to cancel an order after submitting it, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@swanselect.com. Keep in mind, if your order has already been processed (i.e. packed and shipped), it may be too late to cancel or change the shipment.
In case of any discrepancies or ambiguities between the Traditional Chinese and English versions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail. The company SwanSelect.com reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions without notice. In case of any disputes, the company has the final decision-making authority.
